RPL Fitness: Agility, Speed Training Inc. (RPL Fast)
Mission:
To help young athletes grow into the sport of their choice by developing in them the basics of fitness.
Methods:
RPL Fast provides agility, balance, and speed training for youngster's ages 8 to 14. We employ the lastest techniques, developed by college and professional trainers, in programs we have tailored to the specific needs of yound athletes.
Using ladders, cones, hurdles, and balance boards, we make the workouts both fun and challenging. We place safety first. All exercises are safe for the child's developing bonce and muscles.
Team Training:
Teams of 12 or 18 members are divided into smaller squads with a trainer working with each squad. This smaller group size keeps the focus of the workout on repetitions and recovery time by the young athletes.
Individual Training:
For those athletes who prefer one-on-one training, trainers work with the athlete on specific skills development. If the athlete wants to reinforce skills, a mini-group of 2 or 3 athletes may be formed.
