Schedule

RPL FAST Training Schedule: 

Team Training:

We create a schedule for the team. We can either have a training session start an hour before sport specific training therby warming up the team and woriking on the team's fitness while the coach then concentrates on the skill sets required for the sport, or we can schedule hour long training sessions at convenient times for the team. We feel that these alternatives would best fit the needs of the team and the coach.

Individual Training:

For individual training, we arrange a time over a 5 to 10 week term for the workout.

Training Regimen:

Whether for individual or team training we incorporate the following:

1. At the first meeting, assess the talent and the needs of each athlete.

2. Set goals and expectations for the athlete.

3. Start a training schedule and monitor progress with feedback from parents and coaches.

4. End training schedule with an evaluation process that incorporates the athlete, coaches and parents.

Keeping in mind that the parents are keen to see improvement and growth in their child's development, we will provide charts or reports to show their child's improvement over time.
